Nice rooms, great location, free breakfast... but they place earplugs on the night stands for a reason. Between the train whistle that seems to be on going all night to the all night street party (hoot'n and hollering) good luck getting a good night's sleep.
I am very disappointed with way they treated us on my friend's engagement party. There was a lot racism and discriminatory behavior that took place to my surprise. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. They didn't allow us to play music and food was horrible; the location they placed us at was not what was agreed upon. I am very disappointed with this location.
I went there yesterday on 5/2/2018 for my friends birthday. THE SERVICE was horrible the bartenders were drunk. They handed me my utensils to put on the table myself. When I asked the server for a menu she ignored me. I had to go to the bar to order my food that's when i got handed the utensils. When I asked for the manager I got ignored again. Was not pleased at all with their service that I had to pay for. That place is to nice & pricey for people to get treated the way I did, I would advise people to get their own staff and bring them there if you want great service because you will not get it there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never AGAIN. HOTEL IS AMAZING LOVED THE ROOM I STAYED IN. ( THE ROOFTOP BAR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE )
Exactly as advertised. Breakfast is complete, not just continental. Rooms were very clean and everything worked. Can hear other guests when they are arguing or kids are crying, but not TVs or general noise. Excellent location. Parking is expensive, which is to be expected. However, street parking is available and there are cheaper lots if you don't mind the walk. Will definitely stay here again if we're visiting the City.
