Uplift Studio
Between small-group classes (topping out at 10 people), hands-on personal training and a locker room that’s more stocked with toiletries—saline solution, makeup remover and mouthwash, in addition to the usual amenities—than a Duane Reade, it’s hard to find a single downside to this women’s fitness studio. The signature classes include Strength, Endurance, Power and Uplift Express and the low-impact, yoga-inspired Sculpt—with instructors keeping an eye on correct form and providing modifications to anyone who needs them. Keep an eye out for its special events like wine-and-workout classes, book-club chats, and Hamptons Retreat.

As I write this review I am sitting perfectly still... If I make a sudden movement I will be instantaneously reminded of every minute I have spent at Brick this week. Oddly enough I love it.
Love this place! It's getting my body back into shape!
Brick is the best! I've tried a few CrossFit gyms in the city and the coaches, members, facilities here are all unparalleled. There's a wide range of classes too outside of traditional CrossFit, all of which will kick you into shape fast!
I’ve been to a lot of boxes and very few offer the diversity of classes and the community that Brick does.
